Dear Gentle Reader,
How many of you who are parents sometimes just do not know what to do about your children's seemingly odd behaviour?
I am in a quandary.
Yes, I understand that they grow up and go off and "do their own thing."
Yes, I understand it is quite common for them to totally reject the values we parents worked so hard to inculcate in them.
And, yes, I understand that they more often than not return to those values once they have their own children.
My question for you, dear reader, is, what do I do with my feelings of absolute helplessness, hurt and confusion?
Any suggestions?
